Of the 5. to 10 February the year's strategy meeting of the Works Council of the Deutsche Bahn mobility logistics AG took place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. At the 5. February I have a presentation on the topic “Naked on the net” held, where were the gruppendynamischen processes of social media in the foreground.To do this I will publish my slides here for further questions and discussion.

It was a panel discussion on “Promotes social media the democratic decision-making process of the work force or führtes to the formation of camp among the employees?”. Mitdiskustiert have: Prof.. Dr. Peter Wedde, Scientific Director of the Institute for data protection, Labour law & Technology consulting, Andrea sEc Kelt, Head of marketing & Communication DBTraining, Michael Bartl, Lawyer European Works Council and I. It was moderated by Gerhard Schlauer and Alexandra castles.
